Hospitality

Digital marketing for hospitality brands that fill tables and rooms.

We plan and run the full marketing system for restaurants, bars and independent hotels in the UK and Canada that would rather take bookings directly than pay a platform for every guest: a site built for booking, local search, ads and social.

01 — What's different

Guests decide in seconds on a phone, often standing in the street or planning a trip. They want the menu, the price, the vibe and a time slot, in that order. Anything between them and the booking button costs you covers.

Booking platforms and travel agents bring guests but take a cut of every one. A site that makes booking direct the easiest option, with a direct rate or a small perk, keeps more of the margin and the guest relationship. Local search, ads on your own name and social content bring guests to that site.

Each market has its own expectations. UK guests expect allergen information on request and any service charge shown up front; Canadian prices are usually shown before tax, and venues in Quebec need French. Reviews do much of the persuading: in a BrightLocal survey of US adults, 97% of consumers said they read reviews for local businesses.

Make booking direct the easiest and better-value option: a fast booking engine on every page, a direct rate or a small perk for booking direct, and paid search on your own name so platforms don't capture it.
